We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require rescheduling an appointment. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to transfer your deposit if you notify us at least two days in advance. This allows us to adjust our programming and serve other clients appropriately.

3. Non-attendance at the appointment:
We understand that emergencies may arise, but failure to notify and failure to attend the scheduled appointment results in the loss of the deposit, which will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
